Submission Rules

• Classic and Skylanders Spyro art.
  We don't want you submitting Classic or Skylanders Spyro art here. That means no fan art, no fan characters, nothing related to any game, other than The Legend of Spyro trilogy.
• Previews & WIPs (Work In Progress).
• Journals.
  We do not accept journals into the gallery, even if they're dedicated or related to TLoS.

• Art that includes characters from The Legend of Spyro trilogy.
  If you're unsure about which characters you may submit here, go check on The Spyro Wiki.
• Art that includes your own TLoS characters.
  Everything you submit here has to have something to do with TLoS trilogy.
• Art that has at least something to do with TLoS Trilogy.
  Art containing things such as levels from the games, monsters, etc.
• Your own comics/fanfics about TLoS.
• Only canon(Official) couples.
  This means that this group doesn't support couples such as Cynder x Fan character or Spyro x Fan character, because Cynder x Spyro is an official couple. There are no limitations with other characters, though.
• Your art.
  We want your art. Made entirely by you. You may not submit recoloured pictures. It doesn't matter if you have permission from the original artist.
  You may submit art in which you used a free lineart, but only if you credit the original artist.
  You may not submit pictures made in flash games, sorry.
  Drawings heavily referenced from other images are not allowed either. Be that another artist's fan art or official concept art.
  Some exceptions may be made if the drawing referenced from official concept art has had a lot of work put into it. This does not apply to art referenced from fan art drawn by others.
  If you see something in the gallery that you know violates this rule, note the group with a link to the deviation in question and  the original piece (you must at least include the name of the original artist/movie/game/etc).
• You may submit stamps in which you have used official concept art and/or game footage.
  In such cases you must provide proper credit to the creator(s) and/or the copyright owner(s).
  Note that you are not allowed to submit stamps that contain artwork of other deviants without permission from them.

• Submit your deviations to correct gallery folders please.
  If the deviation isn't submitted to the corresponding gallery folder, I will relocate it myself. The user will be notified about the error and asked to be more careful next time.

• You may submit four deviations each day.

Other Rules

• To affiliate, your group must have something to do with Spyro, or at least dragons.
  We don't have anything against any other theme, we're just trying to keep the group as Spyro-related as possible.
• Advertising your contests/commissions/etc on the group's page is not allowed.
  There are groups especially for that, browse for them on dA and advertise in the ones that allow it.
• Discussing things other than TLoS trilogy on the page/in the blog is forbidden.
  This is a group dedicated to The Legend of Spyro, so let's keep it that way.
• Please don't submit random blogs.
  We don't think anyone would appreciate spam in their inbox, so let's keep the blog entries only for important things.
• Hateful posts about TLoS are not allowed.
  99% of the members(if not all of them) like TLoS and we don't want to hear rants about how they "ruined" Spyro; However, thoughtful critiques are OK.
• Spamming is not allowed.
  Posting about random things, commenting with random icons on the page, etc, is forbidden.

Folder Guide

Featured

Deviations for this folder will be hand-picked by us, the admins, so that it features only the best TLoS art. Submissions to this folder will be disabled, so that nobody gets offended if the submission request gets declined.

Comic and Fic Catalogue

Submit only the cover and/or the first page of your comic, and the prologue and/or the first chapter of your story to this folder. One-shots also belong here.

Comic Pages and Fic Chapters

All the pages and chapters numbered 2 and above belong in this folder.

Crossovers

Deviation that features something from TLoS games and some other game/show/movie/etc, must be submitted to this folder. Examples:

• A drawing of Spyro and Sonic The Hedgehog and/or a Sonic OC - Will be submitted to this folder and not to "Fan Art" or "Official and Fan Characters TOGETHER".
• A drawing of a dragon not from TLoS universe with Spyro and/or in a place from TLoS - Will be submitted to this folder, not "Official and Fan Characters TOGETHER" or "Levels, Landscapes, etc".

Fan Art

Deviations featuring official characters from the TLoS trilogy should be submitted to this folder. This folder is also for pictures that feature TLoS and other Spyro game characters. Examples:

• A drawing of TLoS Spyro and Flame The Dragon(from A Hero's Tail)  - Will be submitted to this folder and not to "Crossovers" or "Official and Fan Characters TOGETHER".
• A drawing of TLoS Spyro and Cynder - Will be submitted to this folder, not "Group Pictures".

Fan Characters

Deviations that feature a TLoS fan character should be submitted to this folder.

Official and Fan Characters TOGETHER

Deviations containing official TLoS and fan/original characters must be submitted to this folder. This does not apply to official characters from other Spyro games (A Hero's Tail, Ripto's Rage, etc).
Examples:

• A drawing of a TLoS fan character and Spyro - Will be submitted to this folder, not "Fan Art", "Crossovers" or "Fan Characters".
• A drawing of Ember and a TLoS fan character - Will not be submitted to this folder, it would go in "Fan Characters", because Ember isn't from TLoS.

Submit your TLoS stamps/avatars/icons/symbols/etc to this folder.

Any sculpture, figurine, plushie that you've made, something you've crafted of anything related to TLoS, belongs in this folder. Please note that 3D models do not belong in this folder.
